National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) is in the process of adding to its established programs for crane operators by building a psychometrically-sound certification program for signalpersons. Most exciting is the new, scenario-based practical exam administered via a computer-projector medium. The NCCCO Signalperson Certification program will be ready by third quarter 2008.
