NOCA strives to provide certifying bodies with the professional development resources necessary to build, maintain and grow quality certification programs. Our annual educational conference and Academy Seminar Series provide opportunities to enhance your skills in the credentialing industry as well as the training needed to keep you informed of new practices.  Additionally, NOCA supports other industry organizations and their events, and is pleased to provide information on upcoming professional development opportunities. 

Annual Educational Conference

NOCA’s four-day conference is a comprehensive presentation of the latest information and skills for certification practitioners. Pre-conference workshops and concurrent sessions focus on leading topics of interest in the field including: test security, test administration, international certification, recertification, NCCA standards for accreditation, legal issues, marketing and much more.

NOCA Academy Seminars

NOCA hosts five, two-hour audio seminars each year presented via audio teleconference with the speakers’ PowerPoint presentations. The focus of the 2007 seminar series is to provide "hands-on" training on practical subjects relevant to the credentialing professional.
